The Walla Organization would not be where we are today if it weren’t for the unending support of the Rapid City community. To show our appreciation and give thanks to the community, the Walla Organization and McDonald's Rapid City have made countless donations of food and money to local charities and organizations who work to make our community better every single day.

Supporting Our Valued Team Members

Beyond our direct support of the Rapid City community and communities in the surrounding Black Hills, the Walla Organization and McDonald's Rapid City stands by the educational needs of our team members through the Archways tuition assistance program. In 2021 alone, the Walla Organization has already given out $38,000 in tuition assistance to our team members.
